With over 68,000 followers and more than 15 million total content views, it has built one of the most engaged audiences in the region among investors and entrepreneurs actively planning to enter, expand, or operate in Saudi Arabia.

Fahad is a trained sales professional and former sales manager with hands-on experience closing deals and building sales teams across multiple industries. He has invested seriously in his own development, most recently attending the ScalingWithSystems sales and business growth event in Colorado, United States, alongside some of the top operators in the field.

Fawzan has worked directly with over 180 businesses across the United States and around the world, with direct experience helping companies scale past 20 million dollars in revenue. His background spans digital marketing, agency operations, and international business strategy. He brings the same commercial thinking to every partnership Siraj Ventures enters.
The leads that come through our channels are not generated through paid advertising. They come through the high-value content we produce. By the time they contact us, the decision to enter Saudi Arabia is already made.
Due to the nature of our content, we also attract founders and senior decision-makers at multinational companies internationally who are exploring Saudi Arabia as part of a larger market entry strategy. These are not standard individual registration enquiries. These are corporate conversations with deal values that go well beyond a standard company formation fee.
This is not an influencer deal.
Most companies that work with content creators offer a referral link or a commission per signup and move on. That model works for a food blogger recommending a restaurant. It does not apply here.
ThinkFahad does not make lifestyle content. Every single piece of content on the channel is about the Saudi business landscape, company formation, foreign investment, and market entry strategy. Every one of the 68,000 followers is there because they are an investor, founder, or business owner who is actively thinking about Saudi Arabia. There is no casual audience. There are no accidental clicks.
When ThinkFahad sends a lead, it is the result of content that has educated that person on the business landscape and positioned Saudi Arabia as a serious opportunity worth acting on. This is why we are not offering a standard referral arrangement. We are not one of many channels Arab Dreams works with on a commission basis. This is a structured, exclusive partnership where Siraj Ventures is the dedicated lead generation arm feeding directly into Arab Dreams.
Exclusivity runs in both directions. Siraj Ventures will not send leads from the ThinkFahad audience to any other business setup firm for the duration of this agreement. We ask that Arab Dreams does not run an equivalent arrangement with another content partner operating in the same space. That mutual commitment is what makes this a real partnership rather than a referral program with a monthly statement.

The partnership structure
Every lead that comes through Siraj Ventures and ThinkFahad is passed directly to Arab Dreams. The client sees Arab Dreams throughout. All proposals, invoices, and communications go out under the Arab Dreams name. Arab Dreams owns the client relationship end to end and delivers the full service under its own brand.
Siraj Ventures operates entirely in the background as the lead generation partner. The client does not need to know how Arab Dreams acquired the lead. From their perspective, they are working with Arab Dreams from the first conversation to the final handover.
Top of funnel
All marketing, content production, lead generation, and initial lead qualification. We manage the inbound pipeline through ThinkFahad, qualify every lead, and pass them to Arab Dreams through a shared CRM. We track every stage and maintain full visibility of the pipeline at all times.
Sales & execution
Full responsibility for sales, client conversion, and execution of every lead passed through. This spans the complete Arab Dreams service offering including company formation, accounting and bookkeeping, tax compliance and audit, PRO and GRO services, legal and regulatory compliance, and management consulting where relevant. All delivered under the Arab Dreams name and brand.
Commercial terms
Gross profit = total collected from the client minus government fees, attestation costs, translation fees, and directly verified third-party costs. All deductions documented and available to Siraj Ventures upon request. Siraj Ventures' 25% is settled within 14 days of Arab Dreams receiving full payment from the client. The split applies to every service delivered to a client introduced through this arrangement - not only the initial formation fee.
A contribution toward the real, ongoing cost of running a content and marketing operation at the level of ThinkFahad - production, strategy, distribution, and the consistency required to maintain an engaged audience of over 68,000 followers. Paid each month on the same date as the date this agreement is signed, separate from and in addition to the revenue split above.
The SAR 5,000 monthly retainer is a fraction of what it would cost Arab Dreams to generate the same quality and volume of leads independently. And because Arab Dreams can capture multiple service revenues from a single client relationship across its full offering, the effective value of each lead is significantly higher than it would be for a formation-only firm. The 75/25 split means Arab Dreams keeps the clear majority of everything earned.

Shared CRM. Full visibility.
Siraj Ventures logs every inbound lead into a shared CRM. Arab Dreams receives access to the relevant leads and takes full ownership of the sales process from that point forward. Both parties respond to each other within 24 hours on working days. If a lead is passed to Arab Dreams and no meaningful progress is made within 7 working days, Siraj Ventures reserves the right to reassign that lead.
Strictly confidential.
Client details, deal values, pricing structures, and the terms of this partnership are strictly confidential. Neither party shares any of this with anyone outside this arrangement. This applies during the partnership and after it ends.
30 days notice.
Either party may end this partnership with 30 days written notice by WhatsApp or email. All deals in progress at the time of notice are completed and the revenue split applied as normal. If one side is not holding up their end and the issue is not resolved within 14 days of being raised in writing, the partnership may be ended immediately.
